Comptem amb el coneixement i experiencia de <em>Toni Pla, Key<\/em> <em>Account Manager<\/em> de <strong><span style=\"color: #6307a0;\">SERHS Projects<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1-Quines s\u00f3n les principals preocupacions dels hostalers a l&#8217;hora d&#8217;escollir els seus equipaments per la cuina?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Per un hostaler, 3 serien els factors determinants a l&#8217;hora d&#8217;escollir els seus equipaments de rentat: la <strong>qualitat<\/strong> del rentat en s\u00ed mateixa i de les pr\u00f2pies m\u00e0quines, el <strong>dimensionat<\/strong> d&#8217;aquestes m\u00e0quinas en relaci\u00f3 al temps i qualitat de rentat, en funci\u00f3 de les necessitats del client, i el <strong>preu<\/strong> de les mateixes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2-\u00a0Quins s\u00f3n els factors clau per aconseguir millor qualitat del rentat?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les claus per aconseguir un rentat perfecte les trobem a:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>bona qualitat de la m\u00e0quina,<\/li>\n<li>bon tractament de l&#8217;aigua per la mateixa m\u00e0quina\u00a0(sistemes de descalcificaci\u00f3 o\/i osmosis)<\/li>\n<li>detergents i abrillantadors de bona qualitat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3- \u00c9s l&#8217;estalvi energ\u00e8tic una de les seves principals exig\u00e8ncies?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No hi ha dubte.
