Aquestes taules hauran d&#8217;estar col\u00b7locades les unes de les altres amb <\/span><b>2 metres de separaci\u00f3<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i com a limitaci\u00f3, nom\u00e9s es permet un <\/span><b>m\u00e0xim de 10 persones per taula<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Fase 2<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A la fase 2 ja es pot donar <\/span><b>acc\u00e9s a l&#8217;interior dels bars i restaurants<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,per\u00f2 nom\u00e9s per al servei en taula. \u00c9s a dir, <\/span><b>no hi pot haver grups de persones de peu<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.Pel que fa a l&#8217;aforament, depenent de la comunitat aut\u00f2noma pot variar <\/span><b>entre un 30 i un 40% de l&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Fase 3<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En aquesta fase les restriccions pel que fa a l&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3 es relaxen, per\u00f2 a falta de la publicaci\u00f3 oficial en el BOE, es desconeix quin ser\u00e0 l&#8217;aforament m\u00e0xim establert per a cada comunitat (S&#8217;estima que pot ser <\/span><b>d&#8217;un 50% einteriors<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">).El que s\u00ed podem afirmar \u00e9s que els clients tindran <\/span><b>acc\u00e9s a la barra<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i podran estar dret, per\u00f2 s&#8217;han de mantenir a almenys <\/span><b>1,5 metres d&#8217;altres clients<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els locals d&#8217;oci nocturn reobriran en aquesta fase a un 50% del seu aforament.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #66008c;\">Mesures d&#8217;higiene pels espais del local<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Est\u00e0 clar que no podem tornar a obrir de qualsevol manera. Per\u00f2, aix\u00f2 no \u00e9s l&#8217;\u00fanica cosa, tamb\u00e9 es recomana:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Delimitar les zones de treball<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> per a cada lloc perqu\u00e8 hi hagi un distanciament f\u00edsic.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>No intercanviar estris<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> entre els treballadors i rentar-los aquests a m\u00e9s de 80\u00baC, si pot ser al rentaplats.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Substituir les baietes i draps de cuina per paper<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que sigui rebutjat en cada \u00fas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Utilitzar sistemes amb tapa o dispensadors<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> per sals i especies.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Procedir a la neteja de tot el parament<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> abans i durant la jornada cada vegada que siguin usats per un treballador diferent.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Intentar digitalitzar el sistema de comandes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> o limitar el nombre de persones que toquin el paper.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Usar els bol\u00edgrafs de manera personal<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i intransferible.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Emprar desinfectants d&#8217;\u00fas alimentari<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en menjars crus per evitar la contaminaci\u00f3 creuada.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Assegurar-se la pasteuritzaci\u00f3 dels aliments<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> abans de servir-los als comensals.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>A la sala<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Abans d&#8217;obrir, s&#8217;hauria <\/span><b>desinfectar totes les sales<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, pots utilitzar un ozonitzador com els que tenim a Serhs Equipments perqu\u00e8 aquesta tasca sigui m\u00e9s senzilla. Per a les terrasses, s&#8217;haurien de seguir les seg\u00fcents indicacions:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Netejar i desinfectar el mobiliari<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,especialment aquell que hagi d&#8217;estar en contacte amb el client. Aquesta desinfecci\u00f3 s&#8217;ha de fer abans de cada obertura i cada vegada que aquest mobiliari canvi\u00ef d&#8217;un client a un altre.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Utilitzar estovalles d&#8217;un sol<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00fas.Si aix\u00f2 no fos possible, en cada servei s&#8217;haurien de canviar els estovalles, procedint a la seva rentat entre 60 i 90\u00baC.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Utilitza cartes electr\u00f2niques<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> o, si no utilitzar pissarres o cartells per exposar els men\u00fas. Les cartes f\u00edsiques queden excloses de moment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S&#8217;ha de posar a disposici\u00f3 dels clients <\/span><b>dispensadors de gels hidroalcoh\u00f2lics<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> o desinfectants.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>S&#8217;ha d&#8217;emmagatzemar en recintes tancats tota la vaixella, cristalleria, coberteria o estovalles<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que hagin estat usats pels clients. Si no fos possible, mantenir-la lluny de el pas de clients i treballadors.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>S&#8217;han d&#8217;eliminar tot tipus de tovallons, palilleros, setrilleres, setrills<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i altres estris similars.
